Chef Jennifer Monahan is vice president and secretary of the USPCA NC & SC chapter.
She is a Certified Pastry Culinarian with American Culinary Federation and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association. She has completed the Professional Personal Chef course with the Culinary Business Academy. And has been trained in Serv-Safe and Nutrition. She attended the Art Institute of Atlanta and received an AA in 2006. Chef Jennifer has lived in the Wesley Chapel area since 2006. Chef Jennifer has been cooking since she was a child. Like many chefs, her education began in the kitchen with her mother. In her family, all reunions and holiday celebrations involved cooking and eating. This time with family are some of her fondest memories. One of her core beliefs is that quality time with family helps to develop relationships and build a stable family. Her goal is to give today’s children the opportunity to enjoy this family time. |
